Welcome to Rivaz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

1. Account Terms

  • Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (18 years of age in India as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872).

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without prior notice at any time.

  • Payment Gateways: We use secure, third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processing partners. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

3. Product Descriptions

  • Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including our intricate artwork on dark apparel). However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Cancellations: In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing and Transit: Our standard shipping and delivery timeline is 4 to 7 after the order is processed.

  • Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for any delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from  Rivaz pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy Scope: Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return Policy. Please review it carefully.

  • Conditions: Generally, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized or specially made Print-on-Demand items may have restricted return eligibility unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To violate any international, federal, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances (including Indian IT Act, 2000).

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  • In no case shall Rivaz, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

9. Governing Law (Indian Jurisdiction)

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
